Shipping in Canada: $5 for the 1st book and $1.50 each additional.

Limited Editions are available on-line via paypal, MC or VISA. 25% discount only for bookstore special orders. Prepay. No minimums and NO RETURNS for Limited Editions.

Returns:

Books may be returned by trade dealers not less than 3 months and not more than 10 months after invoice date. Only books in MINT resaleable condition, accompanied by an invoice number will be accepted. Please remove all retail stickers, package carefully and send prepaid to MTP on Salt Spring Island.
